Hot day!!

Today was very very very very hot. Just walk down a street for 10seconds, you can feel the heat on your skin burning it(even if you're under a shade)!!!! i walked outside for 15 minutes.. =.=.. don't worry. I'm still having my original skin color :) Did my bank account stuff today. Kinda complicated i would say. Sign here, sign there.. zzzz. However, around 8.15pm while walking to restaurant for dinner, i saw something quite interesting. n sweet and romantic...

Happy 21 Jess.... awwww... I wonder who did it. Should be a guy doing it for a girl. I wonder how much it would cost. Jess/Jessica must really be so touched. So many people stopped by to watch it.
